Where children lead and adults follow…
One step at a time.
Meet TT
Tracy, affectionately known as TT, is a certified teacher, professional singer, wife, and mother of two. She is a lifelong learner, passionate child advocate, and a woman of deep faith, with a vision to create a space where children delight in learning every day. With a long-held dream of opening an academy, Tracy has dedicated years to studying child development, learning processes, and advocating for children's voices. She strongly believes in child-led learning and autonomy, empowering students to grow with confidence and embrace their full potential.
Meet Miss Tara
My name is Tara, but the children call me Miss Tara. I have been in the education world for 27 years, holding a Montessori Assistant certificate and bringing experience from Montessori classrooms, private education, and daycare settings. I love being creative with children and watching their minds flourish, helping them embrace their strengths and build confidence. At home, I am a wife of 18 years, a mother of two—one in university and one in high school—and I enjoy beekeeping, joking around, and exploring the world with my family.
Meet Sarah
I’ve been teaching children ages 2.5–6 years old in Montessori classrooms for over 15 years, and I truly can’t imagine doing anything else. As a mom of three, I know how precious these early years are, and I feel so lucky to share them with my students. Some of my favorite parts of teaching are seeing that spark when a child learns something new, watching our class grow into a little family, and helping children build independence and confidence. Outside the classroom, you’ll usually find me at my daughter’s hockey games, curled up with a good book, enjoying a cup of coffee, or cheering on the Toronto Argos. I’m really excited for this school year and to get to know the Little Oaks community!
